DialCare Physician Access is a modern, easy-to-use telemedicine solution for non-emergency illnesses and general care. Members have direct access to state-licensed and fully credentialed doctors, via phone or video consultations, to receive treatment and advice for common ailments, including colds, the flu, rashes and more. Doctors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, allowing members convenient access to quality care from home, work or on the go. When medically appropriate, a DialCare doctor may prescribe a short term, non-DEA controlled medication that they can pick up at the pharmacy of their choice.

When To Use Dialcare Physician Access:

  • For non-emergency medical issues and questions
  • During or after normal business hours, nights, weekends and holidays
  • If member lives a significant distance from a primary care doctor
  • When a primary care doctor is not available
  • When traveling and in need of non-urgent medical care or advice

  2. Call (855) 335-2255 and press 1 for Member and tell the agent that you’d like to verify your account

Get Connected To Telemedicine

You can get connected to a doctor two ways:

  1.  Call (855) 335-2255 and press 1 for Member
  2. Download the Dialcare app from the app store and request a consultation
  3. Log in to the website at member.dialcare.com

THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE and is not intended to replace health insurance.

This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers can be found in the Verimos app by touching Dental. A written list of participating providers is available upon request. This plan is not available in Washington, Vermont and Utah.

How to Access Telemedicine

Each Verimos member has 100% free, unlimited access to a prescribing physician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by making a simple phone call. Anything that can be diagnosed over the phone, can be assisted with including things like a skin rash, sore throat, ear infection, nasal infection, or pink eye.

In an emergency, always dial 911.

Steps

If you are not registered, you can register at Dialcare.com/verify or by calling (855) 335-2255 and pressing 1 for “Member” then requesting to verify and setup your account.
If you are already registered, call (855) 335-2255 and ask to speak to a doctor.
Optionally you can download the Dialcare mobile app to easily request a consultation from your mobile phone.

Cómo Acceder a la Telemedicina

Cada miembro de Verimos tiene acceso ilimitado y 100 % gratuito a un médico prescriptor las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana con una simple llamada telefónica. Cualquier cosa que se pueda diagnosticar por teléfono puede ser asistida al incluir cosas como sarpullido en la piel, dolor de garganta, infección de oído, infección nasal o conjuntivitis.
